PURCHASE INFORMATION
Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how inventory, orders, payment, pickup, freight delivery, final sales, and verified product issues are handled by PA E-Bike Warehouse. Please read them before placing an order.
Effective September 4, 20261. General
PA E-Bike Warehouse primarily supplies electric bikes at wholesale-oriented prices to resellers, local businesses, and volume buyers. We also accommodate qualifying individual-unit purchases where listed. Our goal is to help regional retailers obtain current inventory at transparent, competitive prices.
By placing an order, submitting payment, accepting delivery, or picking up merchandise, the buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional written terms shown on the applicable quotation, invoice, product page, or order confirmation.
2. Warehouse network and inventory availability
We maintain access to inventory through three major U.S. warehouse locations. Stock is allocated among warehouses according to seasonal demand, operating needs, and reasonable fulfillment time. Because demand is seasonal, a larger share of inventory may be held in California, with smaller quantities available in the eastern United States.
Inventory turns over frequently and availability can change without notice. Website listings are informational and do not reserve merchandise. A product, quantity, warehouse, pickup time, or delivery date is confirmed only after PA E-Bike Warehouse provides written confirmation.
Our supply chain handles substantial recurring shipments from established electric-vehicle manufacturing operations in China to the United States. We work to maintain current, fast-moving inventory; however, no statement on this page guarantees a particular production date, inventory age, or continuous availability unless it is included in the buyer’s written order confirmation.
3. Orders, quotations, and pricing
Product-page prices apply only to the quantities, fulfillment methods, and conditions stated on that page. Wholesale, pallet, and full-container orders may require a separate written quotation. Taxes, freight, accessorial charges, unloading, redelivery, storage, liftgate service, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, and other carrier charges are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
Quotations may expire and remain subject to final inventory confirmation. An order is accepted only when payment and written order confirmation have been completed. We may correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors before accepting an order.
4. Payment methods
We accept PayPal and Zelle. Availability of a particular payment method may depend on the order type, transaction amount, buyer verification, and pickup or shipping arrangement. Buyers are responsible for confirming that all payment information is accurate.
For other payment requests, call 206-899-8756. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate suitable alternatives, but no alternative payment method is guaranteed until approved in writing.
Orders requiring shipment generally must be paid in full with cleared funds before release to the carrier. Warehouse pickup may be prepaid or completed in person under the payment arrangement stated in the order confirmation.
5. Product condition
Unless a listing or order confirmation clearly states otherwise, products are sold as new and are supplied in their original boxes. We do not sell a disclosed open-box, used, refurbished, or cosmetically damaged unit as factory-new.
Packaging may show ordinary handling or freight wear that does not affect the product. Model details, packaging, component suppliers, and minor specifications may change during production. Buyers should confirm any feature that is essential to their purchase before paying.
6. Warehouse pickup
Pickup is by confirmed appointment only. The buyer must confirm the model, quantity, warehouse, pickup date, authorized pickup person, vehicle capacity, and payment arrangement in advance. Government-issued identification or order verification may be required.
There is no delivery charge for warehouse pickup. The buyer is responsible for suitable transportation, loading arrangements unless otherwise agreed, securement, and safe removal of the merchandise. The buyer should inspect the boxes and confirm the quantity before leaving the warehouse.
7. U.S. shipping and LTL freight
For qualifying one- or two-unit orders, the product page may display a nationwide delivered price. Unless the page or order confirmation says otherwise, larger orders ship by less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. Freight charges depend on pallet count, dimensions, weight, destination, access conditions, and requested services.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, appointment availability, address problems, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, missed appointment, refusal, redelivery, storage, limited access, residential service, liftgate service, or other buyer-requested service are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The buyer must be available to receive and inspect the shipment. Before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading (BOL), the buyer must count the pieces and note any visible shortage, puncture, crushing, water exposure, or other damage on the carrier’s paperwork. Signing without an exception may limit the ability to pursue a freight claim.
8. Final-sale policy
Because our warehouse and wholesale pricing is substantially below typical online retail pricing, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong model, fit, color preference, assembly needs, or other non-defect reasons, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refusing a shipment does not cancel an order. Unauthorized returns may be rejected, and the buyer may remain responsible for outbound freight, return freight, storage, handling, and related carrier charges.
9. Shipping damage and initial product issues
If a box arrives with visible serious damage, the buyer must document the condition before and during opening. Keep all packaging and provide clear photos or video of the box, shipping label, BOL or delivery receipt, serial number, packaging, and affected area. Report visible freight damage immediately after delivery.
Claims involving severe verified shipping damage, a materially damaged product found during documented unboxing, or a verified initial battery failure will be reviewed case by case. When PA E-Bike Warehouse confirms that replacement is the appropriate remedy, we may replace the affected unit, battery, or covered component. No replacement may be shipped until the claim is documented, reviewed, and approved.
We maintain quality-control procedures and historically experience a very low rate of reported defects; however, no product is risk-free and this statement is not a guarantee that a problem cannot occur. Any applicable manufacturer or written limited warranty is separate and will be made available before sale upon request.
10. Assembly, use, and customer responsibility
Most of our electric bikes arrive approximately 80% pre-assembled and generally require only straightforward final installation, such as attaching or adjusting certain components identified in the product manual. Assembly requirements may vary by model. Before the first ride, the buyer must confirm that all fasteners are secure and that the brakes, tires, handlebars, pedals, controls, and battery are correctly installed and operating safely. If the buyer is uncertain about any step, inspection or completion by a qualified bicycle technician is recommended.
The buyer is responsible for following the product manual, charging and storing the battery safely, observing weight and operating limits, wearing appropriate safety equipment, performing routine maintenance, and complying with federal, state, and local laws.
Damage or loss caused by improper assembly, misuse, modification, collision, water exposure beyond the stated rating, commercial abuse, neglect, incorrect charging, normal wear, unauthorized repair, or failure to maintain the product is not treated as shipping damage or an initial product defect.
11. Limitation and applicable law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PA E-Bike Warehouse is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost business, loss of use, or third-party costs arising from a purchase or use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a quotation, invoice, or product-specific written warranty conflicts with these general terms, the more specific written document controls for that transaction. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms may be updated prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
12. Questions before purchase
Please ask questions before paying. For inventory, specifications, wholesale quantities, pickup, freight, payment arrangements, or clarification of these terms, contact us through the website or call 206-899-8756.
